Graduated from a DESS in Economics and Management from Paris Dauphine University, she quickly became Project Manager within large French and international IT groups where she specialized in CRM and the implementation of EDM in order to guarantee improving processes and the customer journey.

She then turned to recruitment, until becoming director of recruitment for a large French group. Interacting regularly with recruitment firms through her functions, she notices a lack of coaching and support in the recruitment processes carried out by the firms. She then decided to put people at the center of the process and created her recruitment agency. 

Now surrounded by her English-speaking team, she supports candidates in France or abroad in the recruitment stages.
